A: We accept one-piece orders, so you can test a single unit on site before scaling up to a project quantity.
Q: What is the lead time for delivery?
A: Standard lead time is 10-15 days after order confirmation, depending on model and quantity. Sample orders ship from stock.
Q: Do you deliver to European Union countries?
A: Yes. We ship to every EU country by sea or air freight, with CE documentation, wiring diagrams and customs paperwork prepared before dispatch.
Q: Which certifications and quality standards apply?

A: Every order includes installation drawings, a wiring diagram and remote commissioning support during your working hours. Consumables and spare parts are stocked for at least five years after delivery.
